Get Ready. . . . Get Set. . . . GO!

So this week something wonderful happened! I finished all the editing, formatting, etc. for Multiversal Light! That means that you can go and it. I submitted it as a PDF to DriveThruRPG, a website that specializes in offering downloadable and POD RPG resources, including material from both major companies and independant developers like Multiversal Games, in one convenient location where interested individuals can find them. They have aproved it (which is basically making sure it doesn't have any copyright issues), so it is listed on their site. Here HERE to go and download Multiversal Light, or copy the following URL: https://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/231558/Multiversal-Light Here are a few details on the finalized version of Multiversal Light. Multiversal Light is roughly 1/3 the current length of Multiversal's main rule-book, clocking in at just over 30 pages. Those thirty pages include everything that a group will need to dip their toe in the water and discover how the game plays and if they like it. Most importantly, it means that they can decide if they want to shell out the cash to purchase the full version when it comes it. Oh, and did I forget? Multiversal Light is going to be offered for free. So it won't cost you anything to sign up on DriveThruRPG, "purchase" a copy, and try it out. It will be a downloadable PDF, so you don't even need to print it out unless YOU want to. The driving factor behind Multiversal has, after all, always been putting the players in the driver's seat. So, from here on out most of the future updates will be on the progress of Multiversal. So what has to be done on the main rule-book? It needs to be edited. That right there is a long process. It is currently aroun 1/3 through the first edit, and thankfully having Multiversal Light finished is making it easier. THat being said, it has a lot more information, and several elements that are not in the introductory game. Also, all the artwork needs to be finished. About half of the chapter graphics currently are finished, but that still leaves most of the smaller graphics to be sketched, lined, inked, colored, etc. Again, not a fast process. That is actually what I will probably be spending MOST of my time on. Finally, there is also the inclusion of a setting. That is something I really want to do, but unfortunately not something that will be fast. And it will also need to have it's formatting tweaked. So it's not seomthing that is going to suddenly become available in the next month or two. So, that is an update on the game(s), and where we are now. Stay tuned here!
